Basically all of these are close to worthless.
Just sell to blacksmith (unless you got really good rolls, indicated by asterisks next to the ids)
Generally, only legendary/fabled/mythic items are worth anything, with a few exceptions such as Ionosphere or Wybel Horn Spear

 

I wouldn't recommend keeping these random items in your bank. If it doesn't have good rolls or is of no purpose, sell it to blacksmith.
