I Have Percentages On My Armor And Sword What Are They?

How good they r. Basically when u identify stuff some stats are randomly generated (like anywhere from 1/4 mana regen to 4/4 mana regen). The percentage is how close it is to max, like if the stat number is random from 1-3 then if it’s 2 it will say 50%.

if your using wynntils its the luck of the random roll, if its a crafted item thats its durability effectiveness
