I don't know how to get back to the journey beyond quest

    I died in the the journey beyond quest when I was in the worm that ate Aledar, I respawned at Detlas and I don't know how to get back. Now the lava particles that are created when the stomach acid of the worm rises constantly spawn around me every few seconds.
