I Died And Lost Items

When I died, I still had about 3-5 hearts left, it was really laggy (there were spam bots in the lobby) and I lost my items...

Well I was trying to do a quest, and there were things around me I was lagging, really bad, and It wasnt me. I died, with hearts left, red. I lost a bit of stuff but the only thing I really cared about was my wand, Salamander. It took me all day, and night, for the past two days, and the first time I use it I die.

not even that good
why would you spend 2 days getting it

I feel for you. I lost stuffs too (glitches tho, not death) worth fortunes (weathered, white horse, etc.). Unfortunately you will not be refunded :(

You can ask for your Salamander, evrn better if you have money, or even there are people who give for kindness/as a present.

 

No refund policy so you can't get your Salamander returned by mods/admins, Just get an actually good wand this time and get a better computer/internet so you don't lag

 

The real question is: why were you questing with 5 or less soul points?

 

Sorry to hear you lost your stuff, but Wynn has a strict no refund policy to ensure no one abuses the system and gets free items.

It is ideal the next time you're traveling to have over 5 soul points to avoid losing precious items
