I can't pick up the awards

After completing the daily dungeon challenge

in chat it says "collect reward" but in grey and the message is not clickable

is it possible to collect the reward through some command ?

 

You can use /daily to claim your daily rewards, but be aware that when you close them, you cannot reopen them, so take out any items yoy wish to keep (and only open it with an empty inventory).
