I Can't Fill A Damn Water Bottle

Hello everyone, I'm xEdgy. I'm pretty new to Wynncraft.

So I'm on my way, completing the Underwater quest, when all I need to do is fill up a water bottle to give to Sayrr (plus the Pigman's Meat). Thinking of this as something of unimportance, I walk up to the ocean to fill my water bottle.
I take out my glass bottle and walk up to the ocean. I right click. Nothing happens. I keep on clicking. Nothing happens. I hold my right click for 5 seconds. Nothing happens. The wiki told me that to fill a water bottle, I need to right click on the water source. I did, and yet nothing happens. My glass bottle remains an empty glass bottle.

Help me out, please.

Yep. Due to the brand-new Gavel Update, you can no longer fill up Glass Bottles to get Water Bottles. You can find a Water Bottle Merchant on the path to Katoa Ranch, near the farms.
