I Can't Do Underice Quest

    To do the Underice quest it says I need Breathing Helmet I. The problem is that I lost my Breathing Helmet I. I was at the Seavale Reefs near Selchar getting treasures and while my inventory was full I accidentally threw away the helmet. It just disappeared. How do I fix this problem?
