I cant collect my free monthly crate in wynncraft

Hey, my problem is pretty straight forward here. I click to collect my monthly crate on the websites store but it reroutes me to a 404 website not found site. I've tried multiple times and I have waited some time in case it was bugged on that day but I have still had this issue for a week. Is there a way to fix this?

 

I cant believe it started working for me the day after I sent this forum post. But I guess it was just a slight bug or network error that I have had for a couple of days or something alongside that
