I cannot continue Realm of Light IV

i see the portal, try to go in, try clicking it, shifting but i cannot go through, the quest is still stuck at earlier phase but now Lari's gone, i try to take the spell from the library but i cannot. then i go where Lari should be after she go i the portal, but again, still no Lari in sight,the hut is empty and im stuck, please help.This is my first post here so I cannot provide images.
