    If anyone can help me out i would be grateful the only reason i bought the rank is because i thought it would go well with the free xp bombs. Please reply if you can help at all

    Here is a perfectly acceptable place to ask

    If this is an actual issue on the purchasing side, emailing [email protected] might be of some assistance
    But I suspect either that was a promotion that is no longer going on, or you have the items and don't know how to access them (As Ankarin said, /use should let you access them)
