I Am Completely Stuck In The Kingdom Of Sand Quest And This Is Utterly Frustrating

It was already pretty bad during the Stealth Quest (if I got caught I was caught in an endless loop where it keeps saying [Out with you!] over and over, no matter how many times I sneak, meaning I had to relog entirely whenever I got caught)

So I finally finished the stealth section, and fled the mansion, then I talked to the two robbers outside next to their carriage, they instructed me to get on it and I did.... and then I was warped into a Black Box and stood there for five minutes straight.

Initially I thought that the Black Box was part of the quest, and I had to wait till the Carriage arrived or something, but then I watched a video of someone doing the quest

And realized the black box was a bug. I ran around it over and over and over, spammed my Escape ability as an Archer, there was no escape. I also found a fellow player in the box who was doing the same quest (met him during the Stealth Section), and we both decided to /kill in order to escape, hoping the quest advances as normal when we came back.

I ran all the back to the mansion, and found no carriage, no thieves, and "You have no reason to be here" whenever I tried to enter it, just in case.

I decided to head to the Thieves Den and talk to the "password" guy, but even though he had green particles, right-clicking him did absolutely nothing. So now I have nothing I could do.

I was gonna do the Sand-Swept Tomb dungeon and now I cannot even though I looked for two keys because of this, can someone please help?

 

do you have the journal in your inventory? if not, try /fixquests, if so, what does your quest book say to do? and does the vault guard still stop you from entering the lower area of the bandit hideout?

I ended up Ignoring the guy who asks for a password and he didn't block my way, so i guess it worked out?

 

I had the same issue in the 1.20 beta
