Warrior/Knight Hybrid Collapse

so you may have seen this on my build spectrum thread, but this was such a neat build that i had to share it
anyway it's a hybrid build by the hybrid addict, so it's gotta be good.

this is a balanced alternating hybrid, meaning it is balanced in terms of survivability between glass and tank, and has equal strength in spell and melee, meaning it can simply alternate between the two.

near 12k melee dps with decent spell damage is absolutely amazing for a build like this. even if it is super fast mana steal, the high melee damage is more than enough to compensate, as you won't be losing much damage by only using melee (although you will lose the benefits of spell).

i also made this with the intent to show off nephilim, a very good hybrid helmet. nephilim has +1 tier with minimal damage drawbacks. it even has +1/4 mana steal, making it even better at its job. it's disappointing that its hp is lower, but it makes sense, as it is a powerful item.

This is the best warrior build I’ve ever seen. Sure you could do more melee damage with an apoc build, but you still have some spell damage.

 

It's supposed to be a replacement for centipede if HP is a problem in exchange for 1 of the +tier. It also has the mana steal, which makes it more than usable in all spell, melee, and hybrid builds. Truly a unique item. I love it, but I can never seem to find a place where it completely outdoes the competition. Typically other helmets take precedent due to the high AGI & DEX requi's, but it's a really solid fallback helmet given most other builds have some Dex.
