Hunter's calling I need help

I have been stuck on the hunter's calling for months now, all due to insane lag/performance issues on stage 16, when on the iron heart part of the quest. Every time I enter the sub zone where you collect the villagers for the factory, everything stops working, call it the worst lag possible, (imagine 10000+ ping). I do not know what to do, as its a server/ performance issue, and it's been around long enough where I don't think it will be fixed soon. I have a good enough computer and it runs well when anywhere else (within reason) so I think that its something to do with the specific server hosting that sub area. Anyone else with the same issue, and is there any way to get past it?

Clarifying the performance issue, its like I am not synced with the server, so I can run around like in a single player world, and it will sync every once in a while, speeding through seconds to minutes in a moment, when de syncing again.
