   so yep, ik that one is pretty useless unless its really high (amulet of rejunevation) but I would like to know, how fast it goes, because i've never seen much information about that

   %Hp regen only affects your raw regen, it does not affect the speed of regen.
   as of now, its basically useless no matter how high it is unless you're low on hp.
