    People speculated many things since this was a quest item no one knew how to use before gavel came out and alot of people guessed it would be to get in gavel.

    Since people just focused on doing the quest alot of people forgot or could not find how to use it. BUUUUT I found how you use to to get 1 of 5 lvl 75 AMULETS which is better than most amulets of its level since it has no downsides.

    Yes, at the end of WynnExcavation D the King grants you the royal token of gratitude. It should look like a piece of paper.
