How to throw away unneeded items /fixquest gives me?

    Out of curiosity I used /fixquest, and now I have many quest items which are redundant and can't be simply throw away. How to deal with them?

    If you take it out of the slot its in while your inventory is full, and you pick up an item you where standing on. you can throw out the quest item.
