I always see people making cool new wynncraft items with command blocks...
And i can't seem to find out how!
If anyone knows a tutorial on how, could you post a link in the comments?
It looks cool to be able to make your own items.. even if its in singleplayer...
    Thanks! ^.^

First of all, make or get a recourse pack.
Then do some scoreboard and command block magic and figure it out. I do have some advice though. Use /execute

They use itemizer, But if you want to use command blocks, (for the example il use a stick) do: /give [Name] minecraft:stick 1 0 {AttributeModifiers:[{AttributeName:"generic.attackDamage",Name:"generic.attackDamage",Amount:[AMMOUNT OF DAMAGE],Operation:0,UUIDLeast:537741,UUIDMost:480603}]} This command will give you a stick that does 100 Damage. To rename it anvil it, Or NBT Edit it. If you have access to the plugin Itemizer both the Damage and the name can be done with in the plugin.

I see you want help with making custom items!
If you want me to explain to you how the process works, tell me.
Otherwise, I have a generator in my signature that will make Wynncraft-styled weapons and armor for you.

They don't use itemizer, they use custom plugins. Itemizer does things like change the attack speed in blue text from +3 to +10, and of course actually changes it. They have confirmed many times that they use their own plugins for things like this.
