Mage/Dark Wizard How To Make Builds

I am currently learning how to make builds but I have no idea how to do it. Can someone learn me about what is important to have a decent build?

 

First, you want to have a focus for your build (like lootrunning, speed, melee, spell). Also, understanding elements and skill points is important. If your build is for combat (as many builds are), you may want to consider a balance between damage output and survivability, which are each associated with several identifications. I'd suggest looking at the work of other build makers and looking at build terminology (which often include names of certain build concepts), as well as just experimenting a lot on Wynndata Builder/asking questions to observe what certain identifications do.
