    previous one had 6% to 12% gathering xp
    this has 4% to 12%, so you have higher chance of getting worse one

    secod recipe have 1/16 probability for max roll (16 gxp)
    also
    first recipe have 1/16 probability for roll (10 gxp)
    secod recipe have 1/8 probability for roll (10 gxp)
