    I have seen it on wynnapps but it is an untradable unique necklace which isn't a quest reward and as its id-able i would assume its not a dungeon reward, bearing all this in mind where can i get this?

    Probably a boss altar, maybe the one in the canyon.

    the sunrise canyon doesn't give any rewards aside from gold ingots

    It does, it gives a chestplate and I'm pretty sure it drops something else.

    Its ok i answered my own question, you get it from the house of twain boss altar.
