How to get into Rise of the Quartron's Boss?

I originally died doing the quest, and had respawned in Ternaves. A bit confused I came back, and could not fix it, couldn't overcharge quartz or anything.

I'm back at level 90 and I'm lost, is it just. bugged? Can I not finish this quest now?
I've tried /fixquests, I cannot reload the event. Nothing seems to fix it, I am just unable to complete said quest?

I've filed a bug report and posted a reddit post, albeit quite old, on this same issue.

The door should already be open if you were killed by the boss thing

 

Nope. I was never killed by the boss itself, I had been swarmed by the guards due to a mistake on my part, and ended up dying.

 

When I get a bug similar to this I just go to the area that is related to that particular quest and return to the lobby, after that I change the lobby. It always fixed the issue but this seems a bit too odd.

 

I'll need to try this myself, but it's been broken since around level 40, but hey, it could work.
