How To Get Broken Keys

can anyone tell me where i can find broken dungeons keys and runes???

 

Broken dungeon keys drop from their respective corrupted key guardian.

There are three types of runes which are used to make fixed corrupted dungeon key.
Nii - you get from killing the Nii Guardian which spawns min the Light Forest and similarly levelled places,
Uth - You can get at an Uth altar (In Aldorei & Corkus) by dropping a Golden Avia Feather into the middle, you get the runs by killing the guardian spawns after the waves
Tool - After completing the Lv. 100 quest ‘The Olmic Rune’ you get access to an alter that traded Nii & Uth runes for Tol, at a 2-1 and 1-1 ratio respectively.
