   I've attempted this quest three times now, and I can't beat it because no crystals spawn at the end of the Volcano. Is there a secret that I'm missing here, that lets you beat it, or is it bugged? I've seen videos with the crystals spawning on the ground, but there's none whenever I go there.

   Yeah it's impossible to finish right now because of the "no items spawning" bug, but if you happen to have the necessary crystal in another character you can transfer the item to your current one using the bank, and finish the quest that way.
