SPOILER How To Complete Envoy 2, Even With All The Bugs

There are unfortunately quite a few bugs surrounding the quest Envoy II currently. This thread is simply made to address those problems and offer a temporary solution until it's fixed.

1. Avos Grandmaster is missing
The quest doesn't rely on you talking to the Avos grandmaster outside his house. All you need to is talk to him inside the house, then walk on over to the stone temple on the other side of the valley. There should be a hole where you can jump and safely enter the temple, activating the next quest point.

2. Avos catapult is broken
All you have to do to activate the quest marker is stand on the catapult. Your questbook should tell you to ask around the Avos citizens. Simply continue to walk down the path to the point (-1699,54,-3169) and manually climb the mountain to meet the Avos chief. He will be located at the highest point. (-1808,114,-3108)

3. Door to the Corkian key vault won't open
On the side of the building lies a waterwheel to which you can parkour. Above it is a narrow doorway that leads you down into the interior of the building, where you can walk down a staircase and arrive at the main hall of the vault.

 

You forgot where the shaman says to meet her outside the house and she isn't there (just parkour/spell your way across the gap to the temple)

I got to the temple but when the "wave" occurred, I got kicked, and now I am stuck in a room.
Help?

 

What was the wave like? Either the quest was bugged for me or I don't remember it at all.

 

The place where you fight a bunch of waves of totems. (In the Avos temple)

 

Oh! I thought you meant a wave like the ocean waves, not the dungeon wave. Unless you glitched the system, you should have found a key from one of the mobs in the wave. Bring the key to the center of the room and drop it into the hopper.

The wave will not spawn more than once though. That might be where your problem is.
