    This is how I did it:
    1. Find a max. thunder The Specialist and slap T6 powders on it
    2. Get to combat lvl 97
    3. Get your The Specialist and throw some random armour pieces together
    4. Fight Death for literally 10 minutes and actually beat him
    5. Probably get tendonitis from l-clicking five million times
