How to beat Sunrise Canyon as an assassin

Hello there. I'm currently a lvl 40 assassin with Unbrella hat, Phosphene, Kaas' fur and Giant steps. I use Styx's grab and plans to get Hashr's Claw soon. But before I get a new weapon I would like to upgrade my chestplate to Sundon Poncho, which I need to beat Sunrise Canyon to get that. But the problem is that Rymek Luke can literally 3 tap me, and the only method I seems to be able to use now is grab ton of healing pots and just go dash away in vanish(because my archetype is based on shadestepper) and just chug 69 billion healing pots untill I gain 1k health again and deal a total of like 2 dmg and then dash away and repeat that again and again, however, this method doesn't really seem to work(because it requires skill when running away at low health and avoid the attacks and stuff which i fail sometimes and then this msg just pop up "You died and lost 69420 items")? So I'm just wondering if there is like a type of stratergy I can use on fighting Rymek Luke.

 

Rymek Luke is absurdly difficult to kill at level, but something that would probably help is this pair of fabled level 40 boots called Galloping Spurs. They allow you to attack and cast spells with a 70% damage penalty while on a horse. If you decide to use those, you would just have to run in circles around the boss while casting smoke bomb at it.
