What did you apply for?
So I found a neat surprise in my inbox today.
Three years ago I applied for GM for the first time and it turns out I got accepted. The problem is, I had no idea that I even received a response to my application until I checked my inbox today. I don't remember why I didn't check earlier. I remember not getting a notification for a couple weeks, so I eventually forgot about it and assumed I was denied.
What I'm trying to understand is why nobody reminded me or asked to check my inbox. Typically this would be an expectation, but I suppose it was entirely my fault for not checking my inbox for three whole years.
Anyways, I was wondering if this meant anything today. Wynncraft's standards and expectations have gone up significantly the past three years, so I wouldn't be surprised if I had to apply again. Right now though I'm not really interested in the CT. Maybe in the summer I'll consider applying again, but it depends.
Well, I'd consider asking some staff like Imaxe over the Discord.
It's been nearly a week and I haven't received a response. Should I send another application? And if so, can I use the same quest?
From my experience responses can often take more than a few weeks
This isn't about an application I sent recently. Please read my previous post.
Oh ok I'm stupid.
Hi Grian i really want to join the build team but i don't know if my skill level will be good enough
are you looking for people that are professionals or people with any skill level
Applications that are accepted are generally expected to have a high skill level, as you'll be building content that goes onto live servers.
However, you can apply whenever you want if you think you're skilled enough. There is no maximum number of applications so you can keep improving and re-applying if you're denied (many builders including myself were denied at first)
If you can chuck me a couple of photos i might be able to guage at your chances
I was wondering how long it took for applications to be reviewed as the message I received stated I would be contacted after my application had been reviewed and it has been a few months?
It can take more than a few months :( You would think that right now they've got a ton of time seeing as were all locked inside.
Depends on what you applied for builder apps usually take 1 day-1 month and GM apps take like 1-5 months and no clue about command blocker application, but considering it is much more easier to review how well a command blocking thing works it should take less time than GM and about the same as builder.
