How Secret Are Secret Discoveries?

A while ago, I vowed to myself that I wouldn't look up guides to Wynncraft Secret Discoveries. I'm a Level 62 Warrior and I've just started searching around the world for them again, going only off the general locations listed in the quest book.

But, I just wanted to know, are these secret discoveries possible to find on your own? Are they super obscure, or are they something that can be discovered through exploring?

I don't want to know where they are, I just want to know whether or not they can be found, or if they're obscure like having to throw a certain item in some unmarked corner without any hints towards it whatsoever.

 

Some of theme are findable, and some (i.e. Fate of the Olm) are really hard if not impossible to actually figure it out on your own.

 

They are all pretty secret except for the desert ones. Those ones are all pretty easy.

 

Yeah, as said above some are pretty hidden. However, if you really start looking for them you'll end up finding a few pretty easily. It might be slightly hard depending on your exploration skills to complete an entire region, though!
