How Poison Works??

Is there some way to make poison deal more damage?

Skills affect poison? (more points in specific skill give damage/time bonus?)

 

Poison does its damage on hit over 3 seconds, so a tick of 1/3 of the listed damage every second.

Strength boosts poison. The curse and courage powder specials also do. Other damage boosts don't.

 

Poison is given a value of n/3s, and the amount of damage that you deal with poison per second is just n/3s divided by 3.
There is no percentage increase for poison, but there is raw value increases. Armor/Weapons/Accessories all can give various amounts of poison.
There is also some Major IDs(such as Plague) that benefit poison, but they do not increase raw poison value.
