I found this inside a tier 2 loot chest, and I would like to know how much you think this is worth

You should probably sell it to an item buyer, because that isn't a very high lvl chestplate. Normally when people are looking to buy items, they look for endgame items (lvl 70+ items). Since this is way below that level, you would have a tough time finding someone who would be willing to buy that item at a price you are looking for, so it would be in your better interest to just sell it to the item buyer for some quick money.

 

I will buy this chestplate for 24 eb if your selling it.
