How Much Can Ids Vary By?

Before the Gavel Update, it was 0.7-1.3. Now it's 0.3-1.3. Essentially, you're way more likely to get bad ids than good ids. This can ruin some gear that requires a good roll on IDs, such as Sreggad.

 

It used to be 1/3 from the base (which is the numbers on item guide) but it doesnt seem that way anymore for negativeS?
Blue mask is an example of that, it's still 1/3 from base.

I think max health would be 4000 but my math might be a bit off.

EDIT: Wait, it is 3900. Silly me.

 

3000 x 1.3 does = 3900 :o
