    How many intel do you need to get the same sustain as 1/5 mr.

    I know. Say you have -10 mr, 5/5 more mr will bring that number to -9. How many intel do you need to do the same thing?

    I'm very confused by what you're asking. If what you're asking is how much intel it would take to cancel out negative mana regen, the answer is it doesn't. It in no way, shape or form affects mana regen.

    Intelligence only increases your maximum mana, it doesn't increase your mana regen. The Player's base mana regen is 25/5 if that's what you're asking.
