For example, a mage has a wand that gives a-b neutral damage and c-d let's say fire damage. a,b,c,d are all constants. A basic attack damage is calculated by adding random amount of neutral and fire damage that is within the limit together, I know that.

For the skill, an ice snake have 70% damage and 50% water damage. Is it 70% neutral damage and 50% water damage, or something else?

Also, if the mage equips a fire damage wand, where does the water damage in the skill coming from?

For the skill point, it increases the elemental damage by xxx percent, not sure how it is factored in the damage calculation.

Spells and weapons determine elemental damage. So if you have fire wand and you use ice snake, you'll do both water and fire damage. Because ice snake inherently does water damage, and since you have a fire wand you'll do fire damage. If you have a fire wand and do fire damage, the damage stacks. Skill points just add in whatever % to your total fire damage.

How much is the water and fire damage for the spell? Does the water damage of a spell based on the elemental damage of the weapon or it never changes?
