How hard would it be to fix the Void?

Between the Realms of Influence and Physicality lies the Void. At the exact midpoint is the Void's asymptote, a plane which can be infinitely approached, but never reached. The closer you get to that point, the less substantial the Void becomes. This ought to produce a dilation of time and space, although we don't quite observe that in-game; I think the Void Village makes reference to having extended lifespans, but that might just be general Void influences that aren't 100% related to its basic physical principles. (Space dilation would only be observable if you looked up or down; objects above would look smaller, and objects below would look bigger. I don't think this is present in Wynncraft.)

There are two ways to get to the Void, in-game; Void Valley, in the Silent Expanse, and the Sky Islands. The Islands are floating above the Void due to the Fracturing caused by the malfunction of the Ahms Colossus which was in turn a knock-on effect of Orphion's poor communication skills and the quite frankly monumental idiocy of a bunch of old elvish farts. I postulate this as being on the physical side of the Void. The Void Valley is littered with Void Holes due to the influence of the local Anomaly, an agent dragging material to Dern. (The Void Valley Void is portrayed differently to that of the Void Islands; the Nameless Anomaly raid has some of its locations surrounded by a grey sea, which can flood one of the rooms, while the Void Islands are just above an endless drop. But they're old content. 1.20 did not update all of Gavel.) I postulate this as being on the influence side of the Void. (The area is certainly packed with Darkness enemies while the Void Islands do not have many Light creatures around; and Deusphage has implied to me that Dark influence disrupts the laws of physics and allows Void Holes in the Anomaly's domain to be alive and to attack you despite the fact that they're Literally Just Holes.)

Fixing the void below the Sky Islands would be mainly an engineering problem. You can run cranes down to the Void Islands, so with some concerted earthmoving effort you could probably gather most of the material and return it to the Sky Islands. Whether or not this is all you'd need to do depends on whether the Void is below absolutely everything in the Physicality. If you dug deep enough using normal methods, would you strike the bottom of the world and then fall into the Void? If that's possible, then just fixing the holes in the Sky Islands would be good enough. But if you can't do that, then you'd need to reverse-engineer the Ahms Colossus, or at least the Fracturing, to figure out how it managed to open a region-sized Void portal, and then close that... somehow. That might not be easy.

Fixing the Void Valley would be much harder. Killing the Anomaly means that the Valley is no longer getting worse, but it seems unlikely to me that you could do the same trick (reaching a metaphorical hand in and pulling a metaphorical pocket inside out), since, according to my theoretical diagram of the Void, all the Void Valley's contents are on the Influence side and would therefore require a way to bridge the Void asymptote. Which would probably necessitate an intricate understanding of Influence mechanics and either rigging up a reversed Nameless Anomaly (the Named Alchemy?) to un-steal the Void Valley or obtaining the cooperation of some entity on the Influence side that could push the stuff back over. And somehow I don't think either Orphion or the DB would be willing to do that.

Luckily, nobody cares about the Void Valley. The Silent Expanse is kind of hellish and there's no way to make it livable without kicking out the Dern Beast's influence entirely, which is inadvisable due to causing imbalance (even if Light seems to be less hostile to human life than Dark) and also possibly impossible. (It seems like the SE's Darkness predates the portals opening, and therefore isn't as easily addressed as the Parasite.) You could potentially do a reverse Decay using the Obelisk - because the Obelisk is the Parasite's Light equivalent - but the Obelisk does not seem to have worked. Orphion dropped the ball. All it's doing is providing inexplicable charity to the Lutho outpost, and not otherwise advancing the cause of Light in the war. (The only explanation I can come up with for this is that the Obelisk doesn't produce progeny like the Parasite does. Why doesn't it do so? Well, the Light is inorganic and the Dark is organic. So Orphion probably thought the Obelisk making more of itself was ugly, or something... but, Orphion has loads of angelic servants, so surely it could manufacture those. Maybe it does, and they're just shot down immediately since unlike the Parasites they aren't subtle?)
