    You'll be able to buy passes to go to various islands. You throw the pass into the hopper on the boat and you'll go there. While some passes are only available on certain islands, they are still functional on ANY seaskipper boat.

    Well, it was functional on the beta but now it's down and so is the entire network because the seaskipper and the rest of the Gameplay Update are being pushed out!
