On the wiki it says for example:
    Uppercut (300% damage)

And if you have uppercut III then it does double? I think? so 600% damage

How much is 600% damage though, is it 600% of your dps or 600% of one hit?

If it was per hit then are very slow weapons much better for spells or is it balanced with attack speed too?

    Thanks.

    it's 600% of your dps.
For example, if we took the spear The Forsaken (powdered with 3 thunder powders), we would get:

    Very Fast Attack Speed

16-21 Neutral Damage (19 avg, rounded)
96-228 Thunder Damage (164 avg, rounded)
49-65 Water Damage (57 avg, rounded)
49-65 Air Damage (57 avg, rounded)

Since very fast attack speed attacks 3.1 times per second, you would multiply the average damage by the attacks per second for the average base DPS (not including other IDs like spell damage %, spell damage raw, thunder damage %, etc.)

    in this case, it's 920.7 base dps. ((19+164+57+57) * 3.1)

For uppercut, it just acts off of this number, so it's 600% of 920.7, thus the uppercut will be 5524.2 damage (with no other modifiers).

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I'm 99% sure this is how it works.

Would you mind typing all the damage speeds? Very fast is 3.1, but the others?

    Thanks!

this might be slightly off topic, but the raw spell damage id is calculated before the spell modifier is added right?

yep, so for example, bomb arrow has 250% damage, so if you had 430 raw spell, the raw spell would be effected by the spell multiplier

    430 * 2.5, 1075 extra damage

Unless I'm sorely mistaken, to then incorporate % damages, you just add them into the calculation; so 20% spell damage on a wand would mean meteors do 500% + 20%*base dps.
