    How does party xp work? I've heard if you're in a party and you kill mobs everyone in the party gets xp?

    yeah, you'll only get party xp from killing mobs/bosses

    Correct. Everyone in the party within a reasonable distance (don't remember actual number) gets 20% of the XP from any mob killed by another party member, and only from mobs.

    Yes, I believe the +3% chance of no XP per level of difference between the player and the mob still applies. It could also be a -3% XP per level, I don't quite remember. One of the two, anyway.

    In other words, you can't boost low level players by killing high level mobs. It won't work at all.
