how does Loot works with gears?

lets say i have chain armour lv45 with loot*** and im lv60 can i grind low level place like lv30-40 places to make some money? ( im well aware the xp will gives 0-5+ xp or mostly 0 xp) or Loots only work in same level as me? im kinda low on money and im broke af i cant get white horse after spending 20+ liquad emerald no luck.

also you really shouldn't worry about money at lvl 60 tbh, just do your quests and most importantly DONT HORSE GAMBLE and you'll have more than enough for everything you absolutely need.

 

if you look at gears there's green dot on it "main attack* or main attack***" i have loots with 3 dot on it

then how tf people at lv50-30 with 3 characters (his warrior has white horse and his mage has white horse and his archer has white horse) got white horses? idk his ingame names but he doesnt have lv106 character but im wondering how people has white horse in that mid games ( idk if its early games or not) or do you get it from VIP towns? (ik i cant access to that place anyway)

 

Uhh probably has another class thats advanced enough to have one, or maybe just got super lucky with the gambling, or couldve been a gift from a friend. Lots of possibilities

That actually might be a bug with playerghosts, where every ghost has a white horse, no matter what their actual horses are.
Loot bonus works on every mob at every level.

i thought loots only works around my levels which is make me mad and i died too many times and low on potion low on money im so homeless ;-;
