it says it adds 5% water damage for [mana cost] seconds, but is the ability stackable? does the duaration and % reset every time i cast a new spell? does it only work on melee? what does it do?

I'm pretty sure it's stackable. Someone was doing testing for all of the passive powder specials, but I haven't seen the results up anywhere.

I think it works like this:
If you cast a spell that consumes n mana, you get water damage boost of n*5% (with tier 6 powders) for n seconds. You get this boost for every armor piece with concentration, so if you have it in all pieces you get 4 times the damage boost, but still for the same time. If you cast another spell now, the boost stacks on top of the already existing one. But the time doesn't really stack, it's hard to explain, for example:
You cast a meteor for 8 mana. With conc in all pieces with t6 you get +160% water damage for 8 seconds. After 3 secs you cast another meteor. You get another 160% water damage boost for the next 8 seconds. In total you now have:
+320% water damage for the next 5 secs (160% from the remaining 5 secs of the first meteor, 160% from the second one)
+160% for the 3 seconds after the 5 secs (the remaining 3 secs from the second meteor)
I hope you understand what i mean

that's basically what my understanding, but does the multiplier reset if you change spells? so say you cast one meteor, then a second, then you cast an ice snake to reset the mana cost, would the ice snake go back to only 160% (i know it wouldnt be 160 because the mana cost would be different but im just using it as an example) or would it be 480%?

I guess it doesn't reset, I don't really see a reason for it to do that. I also saw for example Nirvana builds raising spin damage about 3k through conc. But I'm not sure

if it would be like u say it is, i would get 50k meteors with my lament but i guess it doesnt realy work like that. so either its a bug in the math of the elemental bonus or its supposed to be like that and we jsut dont get it
