    From what I understand,
Regeneration heals you and allies 2.5% of Max HP per second.
As of now, I have 12969 HP which means I heal 324 HP/sec.
However, I feel like that is not enough healing for me or my allies.
Is this normal or is there a way to increase the heal?
Is Sacrificial Shrine better for healing?
If so, what's the point of Regeneration?

you can make a healer build that does no dmg but i think mage is better for that, not sure

mage benefits from water%, shaman doesnt ...

you can use either Panic Zealot or Tachypsychia for double the regeneration speed, or get a build with massive hp to increase heal rate
regen is there for non-Acolyte gameplay & QoL imo, you go Acolyte for full-on healer experience

with and without a self-heal ability feels way different while playing the game from personal experience, it's very nice to have for yourself

I guess Panic Zealot, high Water Damage + Fluid Healing, Sacrificial Shrine is the way to go for heals?
Is 15s of totem duration fine? I don't have any ability to reset totem duration.

That's true, but I like the huge AoE range.
I'm just curious as to the survivability of a Shaman.
Totem takes 75% of Max HP to fill up Blood Pool III.
    That's insane tbh.

if you're going to be an Acolyte for heals, then i'd suggest to not use Panic Zealot since it has the 2nd biggest -hp stat in the game afaik & Blood Pool will drain your hp faster with its major ID. i mentioned PZ because it can work well with Regen, but getting Sacrificial Shrine will cancel it out
so what i want to say is, if you want to be a proper healer, then go for high hp & water dmg with Acolyte
if you really want to use Regeneration instead of Sacrificial Shrine for personal preference, go for Tachypsychia/PZ with high hp & multiple totems

about the 15s totem duration, a good PZ will have 1 cost totems so it will be fine whatsoever

    WynnBuilder build:
    > CancerÖˇ
    > Leo
    > Second Wind
    > Statue
    > Diamond Solar Ring
    > Diamond Solar Ring
    > Clockwork
    > Contrast
    > Panic Zealot []

this is a weird build i made up, it has triple totems, 2361 heal rate, can somewhat cancel out slow walkspeed of Statue with Coward Mask
it is very niche and i don't really recommend using it

you can use aura whenever you get 15% on Blood Pool, no need to fully drain your hp until you hit max

you can 101% increase that heal heal rate fs. i have created many healer builds (summoner arch) that do great damage as well. im not a huge fan of acolyte healing, but thats just me! i'd personally recommend doing a summoner healer build with at least 15K hp for more heal, and then putting a lot of stats into your spell damage.
