How Do You Make /fixquests Give You Items You Actually Need?

So for a quest I lost something important for it. People said that /fixquests would give me it back but whenever I do /fixquests it gives me the purple crystals from Wynn Excavation B and the Taproot quest (both which I have finished).

Is there any way to make it where I get the items I need instead?

The Shattered Minds quest, you apparently need 2 of the blue shooms to get to the boss but, when moving them (in a stack of 2) to a spot in my inventory the server closed and I lost 1. And since I've already passed the point where you get both of them, I cannot get them again (I killed myself and tried). So I can't finish that quest without having 2. :/

 

Oh, I'm not sure how to help then, as I haven't done the quest yet. You can try contacting and messaging a moderator ingame.

 

How do I do that and what would I say? I don't have the ability to shout

You can do /seen individually for each moderator's username to see if they are online, or private message them in the forums. If they're ingame, /msg them. Tell them about your issue, and if they're not busy they should address it.
