    I now have a pretty good guild and stuff but I want to get in an alliance. For most alliances, I would need more people and stuff. Also I would need to be voted in. So how do I make one?

    There's no real "Alliance" feature; it's just a spoken agreement between multiple guilds to help and not attack each other.

    Talk to a few guilds you want to be allied with and see what you can do.
