    I've been noticing I get a very low amount of views on my thread in the trade market, under 100 over 2 days of bumping. Then, all these other people get hundreds and hundreds. Why?

    Well, some people have a bunch of good items in their shops meaning that more people would come in alot and buy stuff from them, making their shop pretty popular. So the more popular a shop is the more views it gets. That's just what I think. (:

    From a prospective of an old forum hermit, it seems like people are 'loyal' to specific users/forum writers, who they usually read on daily basis. People are used to reading posts, which are made by a certain group of individuals (who they know or generally popular in the community). In other words - Make more posts (Quality, original and non-controversial content is always welcomed) -> The more publicity you'll get -> More people will recognise you -> Earn loyal/daily readers -> a lot of views.
    Make 'click bait' titles at the start to help you, as everyone ALWAYS starts with them.
