How do you complete the Sunken Ship cave?

    I swam all the way to the end of the cave where the loot chest was. I've tried putting on the Breathing Helmet. There's nothing there - no buttons or levers but there's mobs behind the wall for sure.

    Was it once part of a quest and I need some quest item? I'm so confused.

    Note this is the CAVE, not the QUEST location.
