    if all your armour has the powder bonus effect, is the effect stronger or does it last longer? maybe it doesn't change? i dunno, i dont use powders often so im asking u guys

    It stacks, so for 4 pieces of armor with T6 earth powders for Rage you would get +4% earth damage per % hp missing

    Yeah but you forgot to mention that you can only have 1 rage on each piece of armor, So if you have 4 tier 6 earth on one piece of armor you'll still only get 1% damage boost.
