How Do I Use Coordinates The Quest Book Says??

I don`t really know how to write these to an helper or something like that. So i`ll write it here, please help.
When i press f3 i dont se anything that looks like the thing the book says (-132,62,-1393)

You're looking for XYZ for the coordinates.

 

you should see X and Y coords above your xp bar. Try to align those with quest book coords

F3 should have an area for coordinates (just look for 3 close together numbers) with an x, y, and z corrdinste. If I remember correctly the quest book gives you x and y coords
