How Do I Stop These Message Popups?

Ever since I added my first friend, I've been getting these messages nonstop every minute or two.
"[My] friends (1): [Friend]"
If it wasn't for Wynntils filtering out spam there would be several more shown in this small snippet, even.

It's as if I'm constantly typing "/friend list"... except that I'm not.
I've checked the mods I'm using (Wynntils, Wynnforge, Party Frames) and none of them mention anything like this so I don't think it's them causing this. It's driving me mad. Is there a way I can stop these from popping up constantly?

 

This may sound like a dumb suggestion but have you tried relogging? That solves a lot of things like this

Also try booting up the game in vanilla to test whether it's caused by a mod or not, then disable your mods one at a time to find the culprit, and either uninstall that mod or play around with the settings to try and fix it

 

pretty sure that's probably just from one of your mods, I play vanilla and haven't ever seen something like that in my memory. you could try messing around with /toggle and disable something and see if that helps though.
