How Do I Rescue My Character After Inactivity?

I'm a returning player, last time I played the game was basically 2017, although I did come back and do a bit of the new content around the silent expanse release. Now I logged in hoping to do the new quests and stuff, but my build doesn't work anymore (my armor fell off into my inventory) and from what I gather from the forums, it is kind of unsalvageable anyway since TWA spell spam assassin seems to have been nerfed a lot.

My character is now level 103 and stuck in Lutho with basically no armor and I can't get out. I tried to use a teleport scroll to Detlas but it doesn't work; it just says "you have never been to that area." I can't even walk away without dying. I tried walking north to get close to Rymek and dying there to try to get teleported to Rymek, but it just sends me back to Lutho.

I do have some money in my bank, so maybe I could use the new trade market feature to buy a new build to at least be able to do the quests/content around my level (103) or possibly even run the dungeon? Could someone recommend me a basic assassin build to get started with? I generally prefer whatever kind of build is easiest to use since I am not good at video games :S.

I'd really prefer not to have to start over with a new character. What can I do to get back into the game?

 

Here's a very easy to use melee build! You will do a lot of damage per hit, with high survivability. Most of these items can be purchased on the market for relatively cheap.

Atlas is pretty cheap in 1.20
