How do I know if it isn't possible to get one of the options stated in an unidentified item?

I have been trying to get Skien's Madness for a while by grinding the mobs at the Skien Island (like the Skien's footsoldier, skien's bomber etc. everyone at the surface). Sometimes I get an unidentified rare spear with the chance of 3 spears, one being Skien's Madness, but I always get the same one every time (turmoil). Is this bad luck, or is it not possible to get from the mobs I'm killing, kind of like how I always get morph iron even though there are 2 options possible? If this is the case, does anyone know who i have to kill/where i have to loot chests to get skien's madness?

Pretty sure that's just bad luck, I believe if you keep trying you'll get it. Although if someone more experienced than me responds I would go with their advice instead of mine, as I don't fully understand the ins and outs of loot drops.

 

You can do some research on the wiki to see the drops on certain mobs and also on the item section of the website you can search up the item and find out what mobs drop it. If it’s there, you should be able to get the item within a few tries.

So I was doing some research (you’re welcome) and I looked up Skien’s madness and you don’t need to kill any mobs at the island nessesarily. It drops from any mob and chest from level 52 to 60, and it could take a few minuets. You can also buy it from the trade market.
