how do i grind money for a mythic

people say lootrunning but im facing 2 major issues:
1>i dont have disc, nor can i get it so my only option for lr routes is to watch someone else lr and copy their routes while recording my pov on wynntils
2>too many people do it so im wondering if i should waste my time on doing the above^

There's a discord called Lootrunner's Guild and have lr routes, list of items worth taking etc, pls use disc
lr is rng, some people can get a mythic in just a few hundreds chest but some people looted thousand and thousand of chest and still get no mythic.

 

The problem here is that they just said they do not have and cannot get discord, so they can’t get those routes

yeah I’d say it’s worth it cause even if u don’t get a mythic it’s still profitable and really good if u have good rng

There are lots of ways to earn money, lootrunning isn't the only way.
Doing raids can be fairly profitable if you're with a good group
If you haven't finished all your quests, some of the late game ones give quite a few LE.
If you wanted a more relaxed time, Seavale reef is pretty good.
If you wanted to grind mobs, using stealing on the mobs at the spider pit at the base of Mt Wynn is a pretty good option.
If you are going to lootrun, I don't and wouldn't bother with the lootrunner's discord. From my experience the people in there can be toxic and unwelcoming. Instead, install wynntils, turn on the setting to save every loot chest you open to the map, and spend some time opening every loot chest you find while exploring the area you want to lootrun. In time you'll get familiar with the best routes around the place and be able to lootrun whenever you want.

 

Glad to see somebody pitching Seavale reef, not the most profitable activity but it's nice since you can basically just sit there and do something else in the background like watch TV, it's also super consistent once you get a strategy down.

I would recommend clearing out your first bank page and dropping everything off instead of selling imediately, not collecting the iron bars or some of the other low value items and slotting out your inventory so you don't have to worry about management once it's almost full or picking up armor. If you put in the little effort it takes to get really organized I've found you earn almost double what you would make in the same time just casually taking a dive (as long as you're doing more then one trip).

lootrunning is by far the most efficient money making method (please do not waste your time at seavale reef)

for someone not in the discord i just sell any legendaries i get on the market and get some decent money (and a lot of legendaries.) just reveal the name at the trade market for cheap. or identify properly either works
it takes some real trade market fuckery to get enough money for something over like 3-5 stacks and idk how to do it so. either that or just play through all the quests a lot lmao (dont do that. do not do that)
you will find that a decent amount of servers you go on will have already been ransacked though, so youll have to deal with loot cooldowns sometimes. servers with high uptimes are better for lootrunning, so just aim for middle ground (3-4 hours) to be safe.
im not rich by any standards but you gotta get by somehow by being anti social lol
(selling tier 6 powders is also incredibly profitable and youll get a lot of powders through lootrunning)
(also selling mythics you dont want)

If you're not interested in loot running, you can make money via high-level profession grinding as well as raids.

No, I was serious. Lootrunning can be very boring and demotivating and not for everyone. Seavale can provide a serious profit, especially considering you can just leave it for 5 minutes while you make yourself a sandwich and come back, earning money with minimal input.

 

lvling gathering profs and selling the materials is a steady way to earn money late game.
of course its quite the investment if you want crafted gxp armor to lvl faster but as far as numbers go its about 6-8 le per set of prof bombs (20 minutes) by selling dernic materials
